Return & Refund

RETURNS:

 

Our returns policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of receiving your goods to request a return. To qualify for a return, the items must remain in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.


To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our contact form or by emailing contact@its-utopia.com. Upon your request, we will respond promptly. If your return is approved, you will have 14 days to send the goods back to us. Please note that contacting us prior to returning any items is mandatory, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped to our UK address, and you, as the consumer, are responsible for covering the return postage costs. If you opt for regular, untracked delivery for the return, please ensure to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for items lost during transit.

Since our products are made-to-order, we kindly ask you to verify that you have selected the correct size case for your device. In the event of any issues, please contact us promptly so we can address them accordingly.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

 

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. Should you identify any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, kindly notify us immediately. This will enable us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

 

REFUNDS:

 

For returns, please email contact@its-utopia.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time, typically up to 10 working days from the issuance date.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

As our cases are made-to-order, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the production process commences. Orders enter production approximately 3 hours after purchase, so cancellations are only feasible within that timeframe. Should you wish to cancel beyond that window, returning the order upon receipt would be the only option available.
